GEMCO Biomass Pellet Mill ZLSP-R 420 Series

The GEMCO ZLSP-R 420B pellet mill is a new product designed for biomass pellets. Compared with other biomass pellet mill, it has developed a lot, especially does well in eliminating the phenomena of material skip during using. Besides, the surface of biomass pellets are more smooth than before.

Pellet Mill ZLSP-R 420 Highlights

: Die is made by digital drilling machine, so the surface of die becomes smoother. With a better compression ratio, it increases the efficiency of pelletizing by 60% compared with the last generation.

: Better material alloy steel 40Cr is used; larger casting thickness; better hardness: 55-60HRC; better material ensures longer service time.

: A temperature detector is equipped on die, thus operator can know the working situation easily to adjust the feeding capacity.
